Richard Loa and Rick Norris win GOP Endorsements
The two officially sanctioned state Republican organizations don't always see eye to eye on local politics.  But this year they have joined ranks with enthusiastic endorsements for Palmdale City Council candidates Richard Loa and Rick Norris.  The Antelope Valley Republican Assembly, which is the conservative Republican group, and the AV California Congress of Republicans, which is the moderate Republican group, both gave their thumbs up after careful consideration of the candidates positions on varies issues.  The Antelope Valley College Republicans have also given their nod to Loa and Norris and have actually been very active helping their campaigns.

AV GOP Gather in Santa Clarita for Debate Party III
A freshly opened GOP Headquarters in Santa Clarita was the venue for the third Presidential Debate Watching Party.  As was the case in the first two debates, George W. Bush was a shining star.  While Al Gore was aggressive and truth impaired, George W. was cool as a cucumber and sharp as a tack.
