The Antelope Valley Republican Assembly was established in 1977 by local businessman Frank Visco, who later went on to serve as Chairman of the California Republican Party. As the Antelope Valley's largest and most active political organization, the Republican Assembly continues to shape local policymaking and leadership in the High Desert.
